Your best bet is a litle free utility called Switch which you can download here. That will convert most audio file types to most others.

I'm not famiiiar with the app that Julie mentions nor, in truth, have I ever uploaded a song but here goes anyway.

Do you know what format you have your music in? If you don't can you give the full name of the song, that might give us a clue. It might be something like mysong.wma or mysong.wav or somethign like that?

Hi Mark,This is a cool site and i really appreciate you guys all chipping in to help as i believe God would want it that way.I want to get involved and post and promote my music and this is a really good place to do so.

Hi mark,Thank you for butting in i need all the help i can get!!! I dont know what format i have my music in.These are songs ive just recently recorded with my wife in Graeme Duffin of Wet Wet Wets studio so do you think ill have to ask him what format? Im really not up on all this technical jargon but am keen to get my songs on here to see what people think of them and to get feedback.

Are the songs on your computer or on a CD? If the latter, and you can send me a copy for a few days, I'll convert them into the right format and send them back. Otherwise, I can PM you my phone number and talk you through the process. That's much easier than making assumptions about what you are and aren't familiar with. Sorry about that...

Hi Julia, yes they are both on computer and cd.Maybe you could help me?Would you like me to burn you a copy of our songs and send them to you and you can send them back?No its fine your help is appreciated?

Hi julia, it was nice chatting to you today, sorry for my lack of knowledge in the technical side.The attatchment you sent wont open as it has a warning pop up saying that it cant be opened to protect my computer.I tried it myself through Switch and it says it has to be the computer administrator which is of course my wife so we shall see if its going to work .Will let you know

That's Vista for you. There should be a setting in the email prog for disabling the blocker, but I'll have to do some research...
