Two completely different books which I read recently which give different (but mostly consistent) perspectives on the Holy Spirit (and, indeed, the rest of the Trinity) are:
The Shack
"Justification: God's Plan and Paul's Vision", by NT Wright
I've got a blog post or two on the latter..... though I'm not sure I really emphasised the perspective on the Holy Spirit the book gives.
I really enjoyed reading "Good Morning Holy Spirit" by Benny Hinn. It was a few years ago that I read it though so can't remember the details that well...
Hugely recommend 'More' by Simon Ponsonby. Mark Stibbe's recommendation of it: 'There are many who emphasise the Word but neglect the Spirit. There are also many who emphasise the Spirit but who neglect the Word. There are few who keep both in balance, but Simon Ponsonby is one of the few. With the help of this book, the few may hopefully become many'.
It's worth mentioning two that I read a while back - but I can highly recommend. They are by Jack Deere and are called Surprised by the Voice of God and Surprised by the Power of the Spirit. The two build on each other, and as well as including an excellent overview of the Biblical Basis for the work of the Holy Spirit it also details his own fascinating story from a sceptic of the Holy Spirit to a man living out an incredible Spirit filled ministry. Just talking about it again makes me want to pick up my copies again!
I would recommend two books, Good Morning Holy Spirit by Benny Hinn and The Most Important Person on earth by Myles Munroe. Both these books impacted my life. The Holy Spirit is so misunderstood and rarely talked about as a being He is generally not known other than being a power source or a thing. But He is a person with emotions and a will and someone we should all have an intimate relationship with. As a Worship Leader I cant imagine leading worship without His presence and direction. Keep seeking after Him!
Angela.
