Swine Flu

Swine Flu

I know it seems a strange topic on a worship forum but what strategies have are churches got to deal with an infectious epidemic.

Should we continue meeting in large numbers or perhaps only have house groups.

I don't have any answers, it has been mentioned at ABC but we don't have a policy in place does anybody else.

Permalink Reply by David Bull on August 1, 2009 at 11:37am: That's not so easy, being a member of a Baptist church we already use the mini glasses most of the time but for the shaking hands issue we are in the same boat as you.

We could have a big box of disposable rubber gloves at the door but that just doesn't seem right to me.

We could all keep our hands in our pockets and not shake hands but we won't.

If I think of anything else I'll post it.
