He Must Increase .com

UK Worship Leaders & Musicians' Network | UK Worship Forum | Free Resources

Here are a few rules for He Must Increase members to abide by:

1) Please don't openly criticise specific ministers or ministries in public areas of this site - i.e. forums, blogs, groups etc. So for example it's ok to say "traditional churches", or "ultra modern churches" but please don't name particular ministries, ministers or churches when criticizing. This site is intended to be an encouraging and positive place not a place that tears down and crticizes ministries or ministers that we don't agree with.

2) If you start a discussion please follow it regularly and do your best to moderate it. By 'moderate' I mean if someone is veering off track for example you can reply to them and ask them to either stick to the discussion at hand or start a new one in the forum. Also if you notice anything that is inappropriate such as swearing then please do report it to me (phil@hemustincrease.com) and I can deal with it.

3)
Please close any discussions that you started once you believe they have been brought to a conclusion. You do this by clicking the 'Close Discussion' link at the top. This should help prevent us going around in circles too much!

4) Consider carefully the information you are sharing on here before posting it. For example discussions about individuals or too much information regarding a specific church situation may not be appropriate in an open forum.

5) Treat each other with respect! (should go without saying)

6) Please only upload your own songs (i.e. ones you have written) to He Must Increase. By not uploading 'covers' of other songs or even other artists songs you are helping us to not break any copyright laws.

7) If a new 'Group' receives little to no interest it may be removed after a while - groups will be reviewed approximately 1 month after they have been created. Therefore do invite people to join your group if you think they will be interested and start discussions within the group.

8) Please do not use 'He Must Increase' as a place to advertise another website, product or service. You can use your 'Box' in the 'My Page' section to tell others about other projects that you're involved with. You can also include a weblink in your profile questions. Anything more than this may be removed from the site and may result in you being banned. To clarify, please do not use any of the following ways to advertise: Videos, Photos, Blogs, Groups, Forum Discussions, Messages (both public and private) and Member Name. If you think your case should be an exception to this rule then please drop an email to phil@hemustincrease.com requesting special permission - thanks.

Comments about HMI

"'He Must Increase' is an invaluable resource for worship leaders across the UK. Worship leading is an art best worked out in community and 'He Must Increase' plays a central role in encouraging that. I'm thrilled to be a member!"
Al Gordon, Worship Central

"An excellent resource for anyone involved in worship music. The video clips make for a more relevant and refined collection than you find on YouTube and there are plenty of diverse but interesting subjects being debated in the forum as well."
Marie Page, Director, Musicademy
