This is one debate which has got me thinking and it seems to me that there are obviously two schools of thought on the subject.
By definition, anyone who has joined a worship team has a element of musicial skill and is (hopefully) willing to develop it within the context of a team setting through either practices or Sunday morning worship times. At the same time, should we be compromising the heart value of someone joining the worship team? Definately not in my opinion.

Yes Delirious and DC Talk have a lot of respect from me because of their consistent musical output over a significant period of time and also because they seem to have kept a great integrity, bravo.
Looks like we like some of the same secular bands too - are you going to catch anyone live soon?
