I spend my time between Newport(shropshire) and York but Shrewsbury is home.
Home Church:
York EPC/St Nics, Newport
Musical Gift(s):
Guitar, Bass Guitar
About Me:
I've been part of worship teams since I was about 11 when my mother convinced me to learn to operate the churches PA desk. From hanging around with musicians for too long I got the itch to learn to play so took up bass guitar and then guitar shortly after. I started leading the band at 18 and am still learning and probably will be for as long as I'm called to lead.
I'm now a student in York (Electronics with Music Technology). I've found a great church where I play regularly and lead occasionally. I also do loads as part of the CU I'm one of the music co-ordinators, so playing, leading and part of the PA team (when there's time).

I believe I have the little 59' in the bridge and the quarter pounder in the neck....
I would recommend getting it done by a trusted tech, and it may be worth paying a little extra to get good wiring and other parts! I need to get mine redone as a result of a shoddy tech and rubbish parts!

This is a fantastic opportunity for Christians to bring along their communities and use the concert as a evangelism tool. It will be great to have support from your Church - we ask that you would help us in promoting the concert within your church and also in the community. The concert is open to everyone although we are really praying that there will be a strong Christian presence at the concert.
HELP US TO REACH OUT TO YOUR COMMUNITY!!

So the CU at York Uni is still alive and well? Glad to hear it - I studied history there (Vanbrugh, 90-93) and benefited a lot from my involvement with that group.
Hi Toby, thanks for looking us up. The Festival is at Athelington Hall near Eye in Suffolk. I'd have to check about camping etc but you can find out more in an older blog or look us up on myspace. Cheers Peter
After spending ages looking for a suitable profile picture I finally decided to edit one from Soul Survivor. Then when browsing the members list suddenly spied the lanyard hanging round your neck. Seems I'm not the only one with good taste. :-)
