Gospel artist Help the other person to shine some of us have the advantage to help. Proverbs 3:27

Why is it that singers who sing for Jesus cannot help themselves come out. I mean well known gospel artist should be able to help upcoming artist even if is to take them to minister just a song with them to be notice. We all carry different anointing. The question is Will you invite a new gospel singer to your church to minister at a program as your way of elevating them not scared that they will excel before you? if no say why?
