We're all snowed up! Tons of schools closed, traffic at a standstill in some areas... 8.10am, spitting ice crystals, not really light, and the twins are out on the green building snowmen and chucking snowballs at each other.

Well it's tipping down with rain, cold and a bit on the windy side down in Sussex! I guess this doesn't mess life up like the snow but then it doesn't look nearly so good either! Mind you I'm biast - I'm not a car driver!

Well, in Manchester, we have the same as sussex. Wet, dreary, about cold, but not snow at all....
JUst as well for me though - I'm leading worship at Bradford Uni's CU tonight, so a snowy M62 would make a right mess of that. Traffic reports are looking like it's just wet and windy now..... phew.
If it wasn't for that, I'd be very dissapointed that we didn't get the white stuff....

I am in Sunny Suffolk - well not sunny, wet actually. What’s all this about white stuff not seen that since I left Sheffield.
My Son is in Manchester today for a university interview - so I am glad its not a white out like was suggested yesterday afternoon. Going via Leeds though (£58 via Leeds, over £200 via London). So I hope the trains are going through Leeds ok – you have me worried now Julia.

Just started to rain so it'll be very unpleasant for a bit... I've got the inevitable houseful [well, they've gone back outside but no doubt they'll be coming in soon].

Well I was disappointed we had no snow (it was just wet in Kent today). Cold and very wet.
Went and played squash last night. -3*c. A drop of snow would have been nice (my family love it!). This morning, no, 2*c, and VERY wet. Yuk!

Last night it was frosty!
I woke up to pouring rain today, we have had a few sunny spells but basically it's been rain all day. In fact her in Hampshire we don't really get snow any more.
I have just got the feeling I might regret saying that!
