I am getting bored on a Thursday afternoon (the delights of Church of England Diocesan administration/finance....) so was day dreaming about our church weekend away next week. Always a good time to see God moving, and...let our hair down a bit.

So i am looking for good jokes so we don't take ourselves too seriously. Along the lines of:

What do you call someone who hangs around with musicians?
The drummer

What's the difference between an organist and a terrorist?
You can bargain with a terrorist

No doubt many more!

Come on guys and gals, get me laughing!

The last one sort of reminds me of a French and Saunders sketch from when I was a teenager, where they criticised a Ralph McTell "Easy guitar" book for not having the little chord pictures with the dots. They got loads of famous guitarists in to play thier songs, which they did fine without the book. And then (it was a court-room scene) they said "and now play it with the book".... none of them could.

How many folk singers does it take to change a light bulb?
One to change the bulb, four to sing about how good the old one was.
Or C & W singers?
One to change the bulb, four to sing about how violently the old one died...
And I'm NOT starting on the drummer jokes, 'cos I'll be here all day and I'm supposed to be working.
